Psychotherapy & Counselling

The stories we inherit from family, work, community, and society are often not vast enough to encompass the whole of who we are. Therapy offers a space to reclaim wholeness, heal wounds we may have hidden even from ourselves, and rediscover the goodness in ourselves and others that can become obscured by suffering. It is a proactive investment in your health and wellbeing.

I am an IACP-accredited psychotherapist working from a psychodynamic and relational foundation. My approach is informed by Insight Meditation, mindfulness, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, Gestalt therapy, and Gottman Method couples work. Therapy with me is collaborative — not a place where someone tells you who you are or what you should do, but a space where we work together to better understand your patterns, clarify what matters most to you, and support meaningful change.

I offer both individual and couples therapy. I’m particularly interested in helping people recognize the often unspoken agreements shaping their lives — and to gently revise those agreements in ways that make more room for clarity, integrity, and wholeness.
